July 18th - Vin Mon Lapin

Join us at our long table Saturday, July 18th to welcome Chefs Marc-Olivier Frappier and Jessica Noël of Vin Mon Lapin out of Montreal, runner-upon the coveted North America's 50 Best Restaurants in 2025 and first on Canada's 100 Best Restaurant list in 2023 and 2024, respectively. Known for their playful French/Italian inspired culinary style, and an unwavering committment to seasonality, this is a rare chance to experience one of Montreal’s most beloved culinary teams in an intimate West Coast setting.

August 8th - Wildweed Cincinatti

Join us at our long table Saturday, August 8th to welcome our first international Supper Club Chef - David Jackman from Wildweed Cincinnati. What started as a small pasta pop up and eventually grew to a multi- state tour, Wildweed opened its doors in summer 2024 and received immediate industry accolades by the likes of The New York Times Best Restaurant List, The Wall Street Journal, and popular food publication Bon Appetite. Jackman's adoration for the seasonal treats of the forest, fields and sea even landed him as a 2025 finalist in the Best Chef category of the James Beard Awards. Every delicious dish is a tribute to the land that feeds us and we can't wait to see what he does with the bounty of local foods from the Coast.

August 15th - Mimi Lopez Hernandez

Join us at our long table Saturday, August 15th to welcome Chef Mimi López Hernández of Matadamas, Oaxaca. A lifelong cook, in 2019 Mimi was recognized as a 'maestra cocinera' of Oaxacan cuisine by UNESCO. She is a guardian of ancestral techniques, regional recipes, and indigenous ingredients, and was featured in Vogue Mexico for her legendary black mole. We’re bringing the spirit, traditions and flavours of Oaxaca to the farm for a truly unforgettable summer evening.

August 22nd - Nero Tondo

Join us at our long table Saturday, August 22nd to welcome Chef Devon Latte of Nero Tondo Vancouver. Since opening in early 2025, this intimate 18-seat restaurant has quickly earned a spot on the Michelin Vancouver Guide and was a finalist on Air Canada's Best New Restaurant list. Latte’s cooking is rooted in sustainability and seasonality, with a thoughtful “full-use” approach that celebrates the best ingredients BC has to offer. Nero Tondo on the farm is not to be missed.

August 29th - Boulevard

Join us at our long table Saturday, August 29th to welcome Chef Alex Chen of Boulevard Kitchen Vancouver. Since opening, Boulevard has become one of the city’s most celebrated restaurants, earning national acclaim for its refined West Coast cuisine and elegant dining experience. One of Vancouver’s most celebrated chefs, Alex has built an impressive career in some of Canada’s top kitchens. He rose to national fame as the winner of Iron Chef Canada, showcasing his creativity, precision, and deep respect for seasonal ingredients. We’re honoured to welcome him to the long table for what promises to be an unforgettable evening.

Shady Hazel's Supper Club is back for its fifth season. Our 16-acre farm in the heart of Gibsons presents a farm-to-table fine dining experience like no other. Dinner is served under twinkly lights at our 80-seat long table overlooking fields of flowers in full bloom. You'll enjoy a five-course menu highlighting the season's freshest ingredients, all sourced from local producers. At Shady Hazel, we're all about good vibes and even better food and wine. We curate a seasonal cocktail menu and work throughout the year to bring together a stellar natural wine list to complement each dish.
